Not satisfied with the item or incorrect size? Returning is no problem. Pay attention: returns are at your own expense. Do you have questions or doubts about the right size? Get in touch with us!

SEND RETURN:

Send an e-mail to byamafashion@outlook.com and indicate that you want to return your order. If you return a package to us, always keep the proof of shipment, so we can check whether the package has arrived. You will be refunded the amount of the item without the shipping costs within 2-4 business days after we received your order. 

REQUIREMENTS:

The clothing must be returned in its original condition. Garments that have been washed / worn and that have makeup and other stains on them will not be taken back. Jewelry cannot be taken back / exchanged for hygiene reasons. 

We also reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions or if there is suspicion of abuse.
